Overview

What is ThinkFleet?

ThinkFleet is a multi-channel AI assistant platform. Instead of keeping your AI locked in a browser tab, ThinkFleet connects it to the messaging apps you already use every day — WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Signal, iMessage, Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, and more.

How It Works

ThinkFleet follows a three-layer architecture:

  1. Messaging Channels — Your existing apps (WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, etc.)
  2. Gateway — The central hub that routes messages between channels and agents
  3. AI Agents — Isolated agents powered by the LLM of your choice

When someone sends you a message on any connected channel, the Gateway routes it to the appropriate agent. The agent processes the message, uses available tools, and sends a response back through the same channel.

Key Concepts

Agents are isolated AI instances with their own persona, workspace, tools, and session history. You can run multiple agents — one for personal use, one for work, one for a specific project.

Channels are the messaging platforms ThinkFleet connects to. Each channel runs simultaneously, and routing rules determine which agent handles each conversation.

Sessions track conversation continuity. By default, all your DMs across channels collapse into a single main session so your AI has full context regardless of which app you're using.

Tools are capabilities available to your agents — file system access, web search, browser automation, code execution, messaging, and more.

What Makes ThinkFleet Different

  • Multi-channel by design — Not an afterthought. Every feature works across every channel.
  • Agent isolation — Each agent has its own workspace, credentials, and tool access. No cross-contamination.
  • Your data, your control — Encrypted at rest and in transit. Isolated containers per tenant. We never sell or share your data.
  • Model flexibility — Use Claude, GPT, Gemini, Mistral, or bring your own API keys.
