1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThinkFleet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ThinkFleet is a personal AI assistant platform that connects across multiple messaging channels including WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and others. The Service provides AI-powered conversation, automation, and productivity tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to send spam, harass, or harm others
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party rights
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free Plan: Available at no cost with limited features.
  • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or as a one-time payment depending on the plan selected. Prices are listed on our pricing page.
  • Trials: Some paid plans include a free trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.
  • Price Changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until their next renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ThinkFleet and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, policies, or actions.

8. AI-Generated Content

  • AI responses are generated probabilistically and may not always be accurate.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it.
  • ThinkFleet is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThinkFleet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
