How ThinkFleet Keeps Your Data Private

Privacy by Architecture

Most AI platforms treat privacy as a policy. ThinkFleet treats it as an architecture requirement.

When we designed ThinkFleet, we started with a question: how do we build an AI assistant that handles your most personal conversations — WhatsApp messages, work Slack channels, private Discord servers — without compromising your data?

The answer is layered isolation.

Encryption Everywhere

All data in ThinkFleet is encrypted:

  • In transit — TLS for all network communication
  • At rest — AES-256-GCM for stored data
  • Credentials — Separately encrypted with per-tenant keys

Your API keys, chat history, documents, and configuration are all encrypted before they touch disk.

Tenant Isolation

Every organization in ThinkFleet runs in isolated containers. This isn't just process isolation — it's full container separation:

  • Separate containers per agent
  • Isolated file systems — no shared storage between tenants
  • Independent session stores — your conversation history is yours alone
  • Separate credential vaults — your API keys are never accessible to other tenants

Sandboxed Execution

When agents execute code or run commands, they can be sandboxed in Docker containers:

  • Per-session containers for maximum isolation
  • Resource limits (CPU, memory, storage) prevent abuse
  • Workspace access controls (none, read-only, read-write)
  • Elevated host access requires explicit approval per command

No Data Selling

This is simple: we don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising. We don't use your conversations to train models.

Your data exists to provide you with the service. That's it.

Your Control

You have full control over your data:

  • Export — Request a full export of your data at any time
  • Delete — Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Audit logs — See who accessed what and when
  • Credential rotation — Rotate API keys without downtime

Open and Transparent

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are written in plain language. We tell you exactly what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.
