General
What is ThinkFleet?
ThinkFleet is an AI operating system that lets you orchestrate teams of specialized AI agents, automate workflows with 800+ integrations, build a knowledge base from your documents, and monitor everything from a single dashboard. It's available as a fully managed cloud service or self-hosted on your own infrastructure.
How is ThinkFleet different from ChatGPT or other AI chatbots?
ChatGPT is a single conversational AI. ThinkFleet is an entire operating system — you can build teams of specialized agents that collaborate, connect them to your tools and data, automate workflows, and maintain persistent memory across sessions. Think of it as going from a single assistant to a fully orchestrated AI workforce.
Do I need technical expertise to use ThinkFleet?
No. ThinkFleet is designed for both technical and non-technical users. The workflow engine uses drag-and-drop, agents are configured through natural language, and the knowledge base accepts simple file uploads. Developers can go deeper with APIs, custom pieces, and self-hosted deployment.
Pricing & Plans
Is there a free plan?
Yes. ThinkFleet offers a free tier that includes access to core features — agent orchestration, the workflow engine, knowledge base, and basic integrations. Paid plans unlock higher limits, advanced features, and enterprise controls.
How does pricing work for AI usage?
AI token usage is tracked per agent and per model. You can set budget caps to prevent overspend, and the observability dashboard shows real-time cost breakdowns. Paid plans include token allowances, and additional credits can be purchased on-demand.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Deployment & Security
Can I self-host ThinkFleet?
Yes. ThinkFleet can be deployed on your own infrastructure — Docker, Kubernetes, or bare metal. Self-hosted deployments support air-gapped environments with zero external dependencies. All features work identically in cloud and self-hosted modes.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Self-hosted deployments give you full control over encryption keys. Cloud deployments use isolated, encrypted storage per workspace.
Does ThinkFleet support SSO and RBAC?
Yes. Enterprise plans include SSO via SAML/OIDC, role-based access control with custom roles, and team-based workspace isolation. You can control exactly who has access to which agents, workflows, and knowledge bases.
Where is my data stored?
Cloud deployments run on AWS infrastructure in the US (us-east-2). Enterprise customers can request specific regions. Self-hosted deployments store data wherever you run them — giving you full data sovereignty.
AI Agents
What AI models does ThinkFleet support?
ThinkFleet supports Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), and other leading models. You can configure different models for different agents, optimizing for cost, speed, or capability.
What are agent personas?
Personas are pre-configured agent profiles optimized for specific roles — Developer, QA Engineer, Research Analyst, Accountant, Legal Reviewer, and 15+ more. Each persona comes with a tuned system prompt and tool profile. You can also create custom personas.
Can agents use my existing tools and services?
Yes. Agents can connect to 800+ services through pre-built integrations (Gmail, Slack, Jira, Salesforce, etc.) and execute custom workflows. They can also use MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for additional tool access.
Do agents remember past conversations?
Yes. ThinkFleet agents maintain persistent, per-user semantic memory that carries context across sessions. Past interactions, decisions, and preferences are stored and recalled automatically.
Workflows & Integrations
How many integrations are available?
ThinkFleet includes 800+ pre-built integrations covering CRM, email, project management, databases, cloud services, and more. All connections use secure OAuth — no API keys to manage manually.
Can I build custom integrations?
Yes. ThinkFleet provides a Piece Development SDK for building custom integrations. You can also connect any service via HTTP/webhook steps or by adding custom MCP servers.
What triggers can start a workflow?
Workflows can be triggered by webhooks, cron schedules, app events (new email, Slack message, form submission), manual/API calls, or as part of an agent's tool execution.
Knowledge Base
What file formats can I upload?
The knowledge base accepts PDFs, Word documents (.docx), spreadsheets (.xlsx, .csv), Markdown files, plain text, and web page URLs. Documents are automatically parsed, chunked, and indexed.
How does the knowledge base work technically?
ThinkFleet uses native pgvector embeddings on your existing PostgreSQL database — no separate vector database required. Documents are parsed, split into semantic chunks, embedded, and stored for fast similarity search. Every answer includes source citations.
Can I control who accesses which documents?
Yes. Enterprise plans support per-team knowledge isolation and per-collection access controls. You can configure which agents and teams can query which document collections.
